1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AJS Renderings website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site provides information about AJS Renderings’ 3D rendering, technical drawing, furniture and fabrication package, and solar design services, along with our portfolio and contact details. Content on the Site is provided for general information only.
3. Renderings & Drawings Shown on the Site
Renderings are visual representations of design intent. Materials, colors, finishes, lighting and proportions in a finished space or product may differ from how they appear on screen. Drawings shown on the Site are examples of our work only; they are not for construction, fabrication or permitting, and must not be used for those purposes.
4. No Professional Advice
Nothing on the Site is engineering, architectural, legal or other professional advice. Our services are provided only under a written proposal or services agreement between AJS Renderings and the client, which sets the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and ownership and usage rights. Where a jurisdiction requires drawings to be reviewed or stamped by a licensed professional, that requirement is addressed in the agreement for that project.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including renderings, drawings, 3D models, photographs, text, logos and graphics, is the property of AJS Renderings or its licensors, including clients and design partners whose projects appear with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Product names and trademarks of manufacturers and partners belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security.
Copy, scrape or harvest content from the Site by automated means, or use Site content, including our images, to train machine-learning or AI models.
Present our renderings or drawings as your own work, or remove credits or watermarks from them.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with AJS Renderings.
7. Inquiries
Sending an inquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Work begins only once both parties agree to it in writing. Please don’t send confidential project files through the inquiry form; we’ll arrange a file transfer once we’re working together.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to other websites, such as those of design partners, manufacturers or permitting resources. AJS Renderings does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. AJS Renderings does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJS Renderings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from any reliance on content shown on it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
